I’m Charissa Kelly also known as The Salem Moon Oracle. A Massachusetts based energy healer, herbal medicine student at The Herbal Academy, as well as a seasoned Tarot reader. I am a Clairsentient who grew up in a haunted house in Massachusetts. I was given the nickname the “ghost girl” who has seen them my entire life. This is not just an occupation for me, its something I was born into and after spending many years learning how to heal myself, I’ve been able to transmute that into healing others.
Tarot called me to buy my first deck in 1995 as a sophomore in high school. I started reading for myself and all my friends for fun. Although Tarot reading doesn’t require a certification, I took notice that Laurie Cabot my lifelong idol was nearing 90 years old. This prompted me to earn the certification she offers through her shop Enchanted in Salem, Ma. and it was an honor to spend the time with her.
My Usui Reiki certifications come from Libby Barnett, who in 1979 learned Reiki I&II from John Harvey Gray with whom she worked alongside for five years. She is the author of Reiki Energy Medicine and is the longest practicing Reiki Master Teacher on the East Coast.
My Theta-Healing certifications I earned through Beth Newman in Maine. I have completed Theta Healing I & II, as well as Digging Deeper. My next course will be plants and animals so I can offer a deeper healing session to my four legged friends.
